Built for the way you work

Every call has
a clear destination.

A hosted PBX runs the central phone system off site. Your team connects through compatible phones or applications, with routing that brings the right people into the conversation.

Phones & extensions

Reception, departments and individual users, set up with compatible desk phones and clearly assigned extensions.

Smarter call routing

Ring groups, transfers, voicemail and business-hours rules designed around who should answer and what happens next.

Connected teams

Supported softphones and remote-user options for teams working between the office, branches and other locations.

Number migration planning

Checks with your selected provider for existing numbers, SIP services and transfer requirements before a changeover.

Network readiness

Connectivity, cabling, switches and equipment power considered together, so the phone system has the right foundation.

Handover & support

Practical guidance for your staff, documented call handling and an agreed route for future changes or faults.

Features and licensing depend on the selected platform. Your proposal identifies the included functions, compatible devices, recurring charges and provider responsibilities.

The right foundation

Great conversations
start with good design.

We plan more than the phones. Call quality depends on the network carrying your voice, and a successful migration needs clear decisions about numbers, routing and continuity.

  • User count and peak simultaneous calls.
  • Internet quality, wired connections and power availability.
  • A tested plan for outages and after-hours calls.

Useful answers

Before you
make the move.

A clear proposal should make the technical choices and ongoing commitment easy to understand.

Already have a system? Get support
Can I keep my existing business number?

We check transfer eligibility and requirements with the relevant provider before agreeing a migration date. Keep the existing service active until the transfer and incoming calls have been confirmed.

How much does hosted PBX cost?

Pricing is tailored to your user count, call capacity, handsets, platform and support needs. Setup work is separated from recurring platform, connectivity and calling charges in the proposal.

What happens if the internet or power goes down?

A continuity plan is agreed for your installation. Backup power, alternate connectivity or provider-level forwarding may form part of it, depending on what the selected equipment and providers support.

Can our team work across several locations?

Yes, where the chosen platform and connectivity support the setup. We assess the network, devices and call routing at each location so branch and remote users fit into the same plan.
